WHAT IS MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is gentle rhythmic pumping techniques which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph. It is not a massage but more of a medical treatment that can help with many things.
